Where is your company based?

Our company is based out of Philadelphia, PA.


Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we currently ship worldwide. Please allow 10-15 days for international shipments.


Can I get sponsored by Aphillyated?

Team Aphillyated would love to hear your request to be sponsored. Feel free to send an email to Info@Aphillyated.com listing your credentials and request, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


Do you save my information for any orders I plan to make in the future?

If you sign up and create a username, we will save most of your provided information, in order to make any future orders easier for you. WE WILL NEVER SAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.


Can I save any items in my cart and buy them later on?

Yes. You may leave items in your cart and purchase them later on. However, we can not promise that any items selected will still be available, as all merchandise is on a "first come, first serve" basis.


What is your return policy?

We will accept returns within 14 days given the merchandise has not been visibly worn or damaged. The customer must pay return shipping, and the receipt/confirmation order number is required.

All exchanges must be made within 30 days given the merchandise has not been visibly worn or damaged. The customer must pay return shipping, and the receipt/confirmation order number is required. All returns must be mailed to Aphillyated Apparel, LLC, P.O. Box 204, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004


What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, and PayPal.


Do you accept checks, money orders and/or C.O.D.?

Checks and money orders are both accepted. Any checks and money orders must be made out to Aphillyated Apparel, LLC, and mailed to P.O. Box 204, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004. C.O.D. is not accepted.
